Showcase Performance
Aurora is performing as one of four acts featured on Maryland State Arts Council's Independent Showcase as part of the 2006 Performing Arts Exchange Conference, on September 29, 2006. Click here for the performance info.

New Recording
The Quartet is scheduled to record its second CD recording in the fall. The recording will feature new arrangements by quartet members and will be available in state of the art multi-channel SACD format. Stay tuned for more details.

Concert in Philadelphia
On Sunday, November 13, 2005 AGQ will perform a program of Mozart, Bizet, Boccherini, Brouwer, Gershwin, Bellinati and Piazzolla for the Philadelphia Guitar Society at the Settlement Music School, 416 Queen Street, Philadelphia, at 7:00 PM. Performance in Baltimore
AGQ will perform at the Fourth Annual Pigtown Festival scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2005. Last year’s festival drew over 3,000 people from the neighborhood and other parts of the City.The Pigtown Festival was created to showcase this community’s unique and varied history, which dates back 175 years when life here was centered around the B&O Railroad Terminal and Union Stockyard.The festival will be widely publicized. The Baltimore Sun, City Paper, Baltimore Times, and the South Baltimore Guide will provide ad space to promote the festival. Radio and television stations will provide public service announcements.In 2004, the festival generated editorial coverage in the print media and on television and radio stations; this coverage again has been confirmed for 2005.
